Weymouth Schools

The Town of Weymouth has a very strong public school system: home to a public preschool, eight elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school, as well as many private schools and daycare centers.

Johnson Early Childhood Center  –  a public preschool located at 70 Pearl Street in North Weymouth.

Wessagusset Primary School  –  located at 75 Pilgrim Road is the public elementary school, every North Weymouth child is zoned in this school district.

Shanahan Learning Center – Shanahan Learning Center, located at 24 Athens Street, North Weymouth, is a preschool and a full-day childcare center licensed by the Department of Early Education & Care (EEC) to accommodate children between the ages of 2.9 and 12 years old.  With over forty years of kindergarten and preschool history, the center is committed to providing a stimulating and safe environment, while fostering creativity and self-esteem.
